Fang Xinghai, Former Vice Chairman of China's Securities Regulator, Under Disciplinary and Supervisory Investigation

According to the website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission (CCDI-NSC), on July 24, Fang Xinghai, former member of the Party Committee and vice chairman of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), is suspected of serious violations of Party discipline and the law, and is currently under disciplinary review and supervisory investigation by the CCDI-NSC.
