Bian Zhigang, a member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense (SASTIND), is suspected of serious violations of Party discipline and state laws. He is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervisory investigation by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) and the National Supervisory Commission.
